Our free Nationwide Warranty covers…

We fully guarantee there will be no charge for the repairs or services involved workmanship and materials for your jewelry. If service is necessary just go to your favorite Preferred Jeweler store and we will take care of you.

Did you lose a diamond? This warranty will replace any missing diamonds (up to 1/5 ctw.)

We only ask you to bring your jewelry into your Preferred Jeweler of choice every 6 months to be fully inspected and serviced. This is a requirement in order to maintain the validity of this warranty. We will send you a notification.

To maintain the life and journey of your special item we will record and document in our Preferred Jewelers International database every service visit.

Preferred jeweler of choice will provide at no charge:

  • Clean and polish your jewelry
  • Provide re-sizing
  • Inspect the prongs and channels of your special jewelry
  • Fix broken earring backs
  • Tighten any loose diamond or gemstone
  • Straighten any bent prongs
  • Replace damaged mountings
  • Refinishing
  • FREE Lifetime Maintenance

If you move we will service you jewelry anywhere…

To find a new Preferred retailer near your new town, just check the Preferred Jewelers website on the tab titled Nationwide Presence you can locate a new retailer. We assure you that you will find the same excellent service in your new city. They will be happy to help you to maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry.

If you move to a new location with no Preferred Jeweler near your town…

If you happen to need service and there are no close locations of Preferred retailer, please contact the Preferred Jewelers National Chain headquarter. Call our toll free number 1-(888)-998-8874 and we will inform you on how to proceed.

If I lose a diamond what happens?

For any missing diamonds for the setting up to 1/5 ctw, Preferred Nationwide Warranty will offer the replacement free of charge. If you lost a diamond bring your ring to the nearest Preferred retailer store, with your Preferred warranty card. Preferred retailer will be able to track the ring in our system to find out where it was originally purchased. In order to assure that the ring is repaired the proper steps will be taken.

If you misplaced your warranty card…Do not need to worry. Just by giving your name Preferred Jeweler of your choice can access your information in our system. At the same time we will issue a replacement card for your future use in our Preferred retailer stores.
