Return Policy
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Returns may be brought to our Greensboro Avenue location.
A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. To return or exchange your gift selection, please follow the instructions included with your package.

Hudson-Poole does not have arrangements with any ad server companies for this website.

We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our website server. All other data transfer is conducted through a secure phone line.
Bridal and Gift Registry Customers
Hudson-Poole offers customers the ability to create an online bridal registry or wishlist. If you choose to create one, the registry/wishlist will be public and accessible through our registry search functionality.
Children's Online Privacy
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act took effect April 21, 2000, and pertains to websites directed toward children under 13 years of age. HudsonPoole.com does not collect information on any person under 13 years. We ask that children do not submit information to us without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Pricing Policy
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
With respect to items sold by Hudson Poole, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
